In addition to your own personal advisor, this methodology also offers coaching support for key family and staff members as well as management consulting for your staff. Our Services:

Individual executive "shadow" coaching – this in-person, "observational" style coaching has your coach literally shadowing your workday to assess what is working and what is not. Periodically, your coach will point out and note areas for potential improvement. This can include just about anything, from identifying unimportant meetings that don’t really require your presence, to honing your focus to those people and activities that will move you most powerfully toward the impact you want to create.

Telephone-based coaching – one-on-one executive coaching based on weekly, scheduled telephone meetings to assess current performance, identify areas for improvement, and chart (and follow) a course for success.

Management training and organizational consulting – we help refine the management skills of your key staff members and guide you in organizing your staff for optimal performance.

3-month Leadership Transition Program – our 90-day program designed to help you move powerfully into your new role and establish a foundation from which you can succeed moving forward. We help you build a team to execute your agenda, help you establish your identity in your legislative body, and focus on personal and professional sustainability for life balance and overall satisfaction.
